Product Description:
Thermoshield is a high quality emulsion pure acrylic coating containing microscopic ceramic beads. It dries to yield a tough, velvety, non-yellowing, water repellent surface with exceptional abrasion resistance and ultra-violet light stability. The ceramic beads cause the coating to be low reflective and create a dead airspace of 0.1 microns after two coats applied to the surface. The high quality resins used in Thermoshield are elastomeric allowing the coating to expand and contract with the surface.
Colour Specification:
Thermoshield is white and can be tinted to light pastel shades, tinting reduces the performance of the product and is not recommended.

Product Application
Preparation:
Surfaces should be clean, dry and sound. Existing surface dirt, oil, tar, grease and mill film should be removed prior to application of Thermoshield.
Application:
Thermoshield should be applied evenly by airless spraying equipment to a total wet film thickness of 500 microns (0.5mm). Two coats should be applied with a dry time of 8-16 hours between coats.
